The OEA is currently developing a climate submission for the provincial government. Come join us for a member discussion on climate change policy.
The new Ontario government has moved to eliminate the province’s cap and trade program and committed to the development of new climate change and comprehensive environmental plan. It has asked stakeholders for input into its policy development process. This conversation will open the discussion on some ideas for a new climate plan for Ontario. We look forward to your feedback in helping the OEA finalize a formal position on this important matter that we will use in advocating for inclusion in the government’s new plans.
A draft paper will be circulated to the membership for review prior to the meeting.
