Vice President, Customer Service
Imran Merali is Vice President of Customer Service at Hydro One, Ontario’s largest electricity transmission and distribution provider with almost 1.4 million valued customers. Imran has more than 10 years of experience within the Customer Service organization at Hydro One. He has played a key role in a number of new programs that have transformed Hydro One’s customer service culture, many of which have become firsts for the utility sector in Ontario. These new programs have also resulted in tangible improvements to customer satisfaction results.
Imran is also the Co-President of Ivy Charging Network, a joint venture between Hydro One and Ontario Power Generation to deliver Ontario’s largest and most connected electric vehicle fast-charger network. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
